CONDITIONS DE VENTE : Vente ONLINE « Yann Arthus-Bertrand vend ses amis aux enchères ».
Vente au profit de la Fondation GoodPlanet,
La vente aux enchères, « Yann Arthus-Bertrand vend ses amis aux enchères » réalisée au profit de la fondation GoodPlanet est une vente caritative.
- L'intégralité des fonds collectés par Drouot Estimations sera reversée à la Fondation GoodPlanet.
- La Fondation GoodPlanet nous indique que pour cette vente l’enchère remportée sur un lot est assimilable à un don et ouvre droit à un avantage fiscal pour l'enchérisseur, entreprise ou particulier.
- Les adjudicataires ne paieront aucun frais ni taxes en sus des enchères.
Les lots ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation conformément à l’article 221-28 du code de la consommation.
Les enchérisseurs doivent être majeurs.
- Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire.
- Les lots devront expressément être réglés à la fin de la vente. Le paiement pourra être effectué via le site internet de Drouot-Estimations : www.drouot-estimations.com ou par virement bancaire et en euros :

- Pour enchérir sur DrouotOnline, il convient de s’enregistrer.
La vente est soumise aux conditions générales d’utilisation du site www.drouotonline.com.
Drouot Digital ne pourra être tenu pour responsable d’un dysfonctionnement internet qui perturberait le bon déroulement des enchères. - Tous les lots sont vendus suivant les désignations portées au catalogue et au procès-verbal de la vente sans réclamation possible quant à leur description.
- À l'issue de la clôture des enchères et du règlement complet des adjudications en ce qui concerne les expériences, la Fondation assurera le lien entre les acquéreurs et les partenaires organisateurs de celles-ci. Ces dernières seront organisées en fonction des contraintes sanitaires. La date de validité des lots est fixée au 30 juin 2022 sauf exception dûment explicitée dans le catalogue. En dépit de tous les efforts des parties concernées et en cas de force majeure, si le lot ne peut être mis à disposition de l’adjudicataire avant la date butoir fixée, la Fondation GoodPlanet s’engage à proposer à ce dernier une solution alternative équivalente.
- Les frais de transport et d’hébergement pour vivre l’expérience resteront à la charge de l’adjudicataire.
- La Fondation GoodPlanet ne pourra être tenue pour responsable d’une quelconque réclamation de la part des adjudicataires ou participants concernant l’organisation et les conditions de la vente.
