Well beyond rare vintages, Grand Siècle is the choice of not one, but three exceptional years with complementary oenological profiles. Grand Siècle is the unique expression of the search for excellence in champagne: "it is blending, the best with the best to obtain the best". Grand Siècle Itération 24 by Laurent-Perrier is therefore the result of an exceptional blend of wines from 3 great years, vintages by Laurent-Perrier (2004, 2006, 2007), from 11 of the 17 Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This exceptional cuvée, generous and harmonious, presents a golden robe, with a beautiful brilliance, studded with fine and delicate bubbles. Its intense and complex nose releases aromas of lightly candied citrus fruits followed by aromas of pastries, grilled almonds, with subtle notes of honey and gingerbread. On the palate, it reveals a fresh and delicate attack, an impression of fullness with a silky, mineral, persistent and balanced finish. It is an exceptional moment of tasting as an aperitif or with refined dishes. Presented in an elegant case, the unique shape of the bottle reminds us of the first champagne wines at the court of the King of France. The bottle is entirely hand-made and the cabochon is engraved with the number of the cuvée.
