An exceptional magnum Grand Siècle Les Réserves Itération 17: The idea of Grand Siècle is based on an observation: nature will probably never give us the perfect oenological year, on the other hand the art of blending can make it possible to recreate it, with each new iteration. Well beyond rare vintages, Grand Siècle is the choice of not one but three exceptional years with complementary oenological profiles. Grand Siècle is the unique expression of the search for excellence in champagne: "it is blending, the best with the best to obtain the best". Grand Siècle Les Réserves Itération 17 by Laurent-Perrier is therefore the result of an exceptional blend of wines from 3 great years, vinified by Laurent-Perrier (1990, 1993, 1995), from 10 of the 17 Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This exceptional cuvée has a slightly golden colour, with a very fine effervescence. Its nose releases subtle aromas of honey and undergrowth prolonged by roasted notes. On the palate, it reveals a generous and harmonious wine, with a lot of depth and finesse that ends with a long, fresh finish. "Grand Siècle, Les Réserves N°17" offers an exceptional and intense moment of tasting that elegantly accompanies refined products and dishes, land-sea associations, noble fish and shellfish... Presented in an elegant case, the unique shape of the bottle recalls the first champagne wines at the court of the King of France; its packaging is entirely hand-made and the cabochon is engraved with the number of the cuvée.
