School of the first half of the 19th century A couple and a harpist, in front of a tomb, in the antique style. 1836. Brown ink and watercolor with highlights in white chalk on bluish paper. Signed DUCIS and dated in the lower left corner. Annotated in the lower right corner: “Presented to Mr. Stacotter?” 23.5 x 18.5 cm. Pinholes and a few stains. Gilded wood frame (shows wear).
