FRANCE, 19th century Three socket bayonets with clamping ferrule and triangular blade, including : - one marked "L" under crown. Punch marks. Blade length: 46.5 cm. - one by "Coulaux et Cie. Marked "9" and maker's stamp under crown. Numbered "919". Traces of hallmarks. Blade length: 46.3 cm. - one marked "6" under crown. Punch marks. In a composite leather scabbard, possibly with two brass fittings, attached to a white buffalo bayonet holder inscribed "Collardeau". Blade length: 41.3 cm. = Blades pitted and oxidized. Used scabbard.
