FRANCE, 20th century Tambour Major des Grenadiers à pieds de la Garde Impériale, First Empire. Subject in plaster, papier-mâché with natural skin tone and cloth and metal clothing. Molded wood terrace, painted green and black. H. 56.5 cm. As is. Some wear and minor damage, notably to the face, soiling, a few moth holes. Bicorne to be reattached.
