Chased and gilded brass and bronze terminal clock, standing on four toupie feet, the quadrangular base with acanthus leaf frieze motif shouldered with foliage, the curved pediment adorned with a knot and topped with a covered bowl. White enameled dial, traces of signature, hour markers with blue painted Roman numerals and Arabic numerals for the minutes. Mechanical movement with key winding, numbered 7938 and signed CH les M. Louis XVI style, 19th century. 39. 5 x 18.5 x 13 cm. Worn gilding and oxidation.
