FRANCE, First Empire Manufacture Impériale de Saint Étienne. Cavalry pistol, An XIII model. Signed flintlock lock and heart hammer. Round barrel, then with thunderbolt sides, marked "C 1810". Smooth. Cal. 17 mm. Breechblock marked "Mle AN 9". Walnut barrel, marked "CB 1810" on the stock. Brass trim, stamped P under crown. Iron nail rod. Barrel length: 20 cm - Overall length: 35.2 cm. Gun cleaned. Re-welded head ramrod. Scratches and a few bumps from use; some old pitting.
