Tripod silver baluster coffee pot (950), with water-leaf frieze and horse-head spout. Long palmettes and claw feet. Blackened wooden handle; pomegranate fretel on flower rosette. Later numbered P.M. Goldsmith's hallmark: Jacques-Gabriel-André BOMPART (c. 1770-1846), active from 1803. PARIS, 1809-1819. H. 30.5 cm - Gross weight 859 g. One foot restored; scratches and a few knocks.
