Attribué à ou de Georges HAQUETTE (1854-1906) Three drawings: - Head of ''Père Chambré''. [18]90. Small, in pencil. Monogrammed and dated ''May 3, 90,'' with inscription ''Le Père Chambré, fragment de mon tableau Bénédiction de la mer'' [on the Pollet pier, Dieppe]. 19.7 x 14.9 cm. Some stains. Gold patina frame in molded wood and plaster (a few chips; small accident to the glass). [The original painting, an oil on canvas (200 x 290 cm) dating from 1890, was exhibited at the Salon of that year, then purchased in 1891 by the town of Dieppe. It is currently conserved at the Château-Musée (Inv. 891.26.1)]. - Head of a bearded man with a bonnet. 1905. Small, charcoal or pencil on paper. Monogrammed and dated ''April 27, 1905'' lower right. 9.6 x 13.2 cm. Some soiling. Gold patina frame in molded wood and plaster (a few chips). - Fisherman emptying a basket on a quay. Pencil and watercolor on paper. Unsigned. 36.5 x 28.1 cm (as seen). Soiling, spotting and minor damage. Gilded frame in molded wood (small chips). Provenance : Painter's studio, then by descent.
