As every year since 2016, the National Rugby League organizes festive meetings around the end of the year celebrations. The TOP 14 clubs will compete again this year during a day placed under the sign of solidarity and commitment.

On the occasion of the Boxing Day, the National Rugby League (NRL) and the TOP 14 clubs have mobilized to support the Restos du Cœur association in its social missions through the solidarity operation "For Christmas, the TOP 14 gives a date to the Restos du Cœur".

All the clubs mobilized and the players of the Stade Toulousain, the Stade Français and the Union Bordeaux-Bègles wore during their matches an exclusive jersey, designed especially for the occasion, as well as the match balls, highlighting the colors and the logo of the Restos du Cœur.

In a context of unprecedented health crisis, the situation of young people and single-parent families remains worrying and the needs are immense. 40% of the people received by the Restos du Cœur are under 18 years old. Last year, thanks to its volunteers, the Restos du Cœur welcomed 1.2 million people and distributed nearly 142 million meals. Because rugby is a symbol of the values of living together, we need everyone to give solidarity a try and show that the rugby family has a heart!

The auction will take place from January 21 to 31, 2022.

Vente au profit des Restos du Cœur

La vente aux enchères, « Maillots et Ballons Collectors Boxing Day Rugby TOP 14 »

réalisée au profit des Restos du Cœur  est une vente caritative.

01. L'intégralité des fonds collectés par Drouot Estimations sera reversée aux Restos du Cœur.

02. Les Restos du Cœur nous indiquent que, pour cette vente, l’enchère remportée sur un lot n’est pas assimilable à un don et n’ouvre pas droit à un avantage fiscal pour l'enchérisseur, entreprise ou particulier.

03. Les adjudicataires ne paieront aucun frais ni taxes en sus des enchères.

Les lots ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation conformément à l’article L.221-28 du code de la consommation.

Les enchérisseurs doivent être majeurs.

04. Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire.

05. Les lots devront expressément être réglés à la fin de la vente. Le paiement pourra être effectué via le site internet de Drouot-Estimations : www.drouot-estimations.com ou par virement bancaire et en euros :

06. Pour enchérir sur DrouotOnline, il convient de s’enregistrer.

La vente est soumise aux conditions générales d’utilisation du site www.drouotonline.com.

Drouot Digital ne pourra être tenu pour responsable d’un dysfonctionnement internet qui perturberait le bon déroulement des enchères.

07. Tous les lots sont vendus suivant les désignations portées au catalogue et au procès-verbal de la vente sans réclamation possible quant à leur description.

08.  À l'issue de la clôture des enchères et du règlement complet des adjudications, les lots acquis lors de la vacation seront adressés gracieusement aux adjudicataires par La Ligue Nationale de Rugby.

09. Ni les Restos du Cœur ni la Ligue Nationale de Rugby ne pourront être tenus pour responsables d’une quelconque réclamation de la part des adjudicataires ou participants concernant l’organisation et les conditions de la vente.
