Presumed manufacture of Saint Etienne [?] Military flintlock rifle, model 1822 [?], composite. Lock and hammer with round body. Traces of signature "...nne" probably for St Etienne. Round barrel, then with three sides, the upper wide rounded, towards the thunder. Marked to the thunder "713". Smooth. Caliber 17 mm. Shortened walnut barrel, in several parts (reconstituted, reentered), brass buttplate. Trimming out of brass and iron cut out. Barrel length: 70.8 cm - Total length: 110 cm. Without ramrod. Cleaned weapon. General oxidation, some screws added; scratches, some shocks, wormholes, cracks and small chips on the barrel, sanded, stock button [?] missing; no pin; lock to be reattached. Spring not holding cocked.
