Infantry officer saber, model 1800. Brass hilt with one branch, with a quillon in scroll, with auricles in shuttle and pommel with ribs of melon, . Ebony fusee. Slightly curved blade with flat back, two gutters and one cutting edge, engraved on one clasp with scale "Por my Ley" and on the other "Por my Rey". Blade length: 73.5 cm - Total length: 87 cm. Without scabbard. Cracks and shocks to the fuse, wear to the inscriptions on the blade. French saber probably reused by a Spanish infantry officer with the addition of the motto.
