COIGNET PUPIL. Pair of flintlock pistols for officers. Signed locks and swan-necked hammers with flat bodies engraved with fillets. Breech covers engraved with a stylized leaf. Barrels round, then with three sides, the higher broad and rounded, towards the thunder. Caliber 14 mm. Walnut shafts with moulded oval pommels. Iron fittings cut and engraved with nets, pommels decorated with iron medallions with the profile in bust of a laureate Caesar or a draped Diana. With two brass rods and a horn tip (one tip missing). Barrel length: 21,5 cm - Total length: 35,5 or 35,8 cm. Oxidation to the metal parts, some wear and shocks to the medallions; some cracks, scratches and shocks to the barrels, one nose dented; hard springs.
