Culinary workshop at home around the delicacies of Madagascar for 2 people: The Malagasy Chef Aina Ramadison welcomes you at home and takes you on an extraordinary culinary journey around the riches of Madagascar. During 3 hours, you will discover the products of the Big Island: papaya, vanilla, honey spices... and you will observe the techniques of this multicultural Chef who, in front of your eyes, will revisit traditional dishes with a touch of madness and exoticism. Each workshop has its own theme, its own menu, followed by the tasting of all the dishes. On the menu: Malagasy Hors d'oeuvre and its Beef Varanga / Duck breast with citrus fruits, Its Exotic Flowered Garden / Mofobaolina and its Papaya Compotée, Its Farandole of seasonal fruits. In 2016, this former Wealth Management Consultant decided to give a new meaning to her life and to live from her passion for cooking around the values of sharing, generosity, authenticity and pleasure. Her career has been marked by some wonderful encounters, Chef Eddy Creuzé of the Bistro de la Grande Maison, Chef Lalaina with whom she worked for the RENDEZ-VOUS PREMIUM of 2017. Event caterer and Chef at home, she is participating this year in the BEST CHEF AFRIKA competition, a culinary competition dedicated to African gastronomy in France.
