BRUNO BÉZIER - Lot 60
BRUNO BÉZIER
Signed Patrouille de France jumpsuit: This is the jumpsuit of the director of the Patrouille de France, Bruno Bézier, which he wore during the 2018 meetings season and which exclusively dresses the pilots of the Air Force presentation teams. It is signed in his own hand. The Patrouille de France is 8 Alphajet tricolors that open each year the air parade of July 14 by unrolling a blue, white and red plume on the Champs Elysees. This elite air force formation supports many charities. It is an honorary member of "Les Meilleurs Ouvriers de France", recognizable by the flight underwear with its tricolour collar worn by the pilots. This suit is decorated with the Patrol's fabric insignia, including the famous "potato", the original one, which symbolizes the Alphajets at their final burst. It is only very rarely, and by tradition, given up outside the Patrol. Bruno BÉZIER, Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force, fighter pilot, Knight of the Legion of Honour, Officer in the National Order of Merit and holder of the Aeronautics Medal, had the good fortune and honour of leading the Patrouille de France, a team of excellence for nearly six years. The Patrouille de France wished to bring its support to the association ZAZAKELY SAMBATRA alongside Mr Gérard Bertrand.
