CHAMPAGNE AR LENOBLE Visit of the estate and tasting of grands crus for 2 persons: This beautiful century-old house, still independent and family run, invites you to discover all that makes its wealth and international reputation, its vineyards, its know-how and its wines of exceptional quality. First of all, you will cross the den of vinification and conservation of these great vintages with a visit of the cellars, the 3 traditional wooden presses, the large rooms where the immense stainless steel vats, the impressive quantities of barrels, and the tuns are installed... you will enter the saint of the saints, the cellars where the treasures of this great Champagne House rest. Then, it is in the family home that you will have the privilege of tasting 4 exceptional vintages of champagne: - Intense "mag 16", Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs "mag 16", Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs Millésime 2013, Cuvée parcellaire Gentilhomme Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2013. The House AR Lenoble has 18 hectares of exceptional vineyard, mainly located in Chouilly, a village classified Grand Cru de la Côte des Blancs and in Bisseuil, classified Premier Cru de la Montagne de Reims. For 20 years, Anne and Antoine Malassagne, the great-grandchildren of the founder, have been working towards a more virtuous, more reasoned and more environmentally friendly viticulture. The vine, a stronger product of this new culture, and the much better quality grapes have earned this House the distinction of being one of the first Champagne vineyards to be certified High Environmental Value in 2012. This approach in the vineyard has been accompanied by strong decisions in vinification with the maturing of reserve wines in magnum. A rare and costly winemaking process, which today is the hallmark of the AR Lenoble Champagnes, giving them aromatic fullness, freshness and precision.
