DENNY IMBROISI Cooking classes and dinner at home by Chef Denny Imbroisi for 6 people: Treat yourself to a gastronomic getaway with the most Italian of Parisian chefs! With his hands full of the most beautiful products from the French and transalpine regions (ingredients and wines), the Franco-Italian chef Denny Imbroisi will invite himself to your home to introduce you to his multi-cultural cuisine, in the context of a private course. The chef gives pride of place to his fetish products, fresh pasta, citrus fruits, exceptional meats, seafood... which he sublimates with rare condiments of very high gustatory quality. Then you will taste his dishes with Mediterranean accents as part of a dinner full of colour and flavour, generous, with new blends, inspired by the flavours of his native Italy. Originally from Lombardy, he quickly falls into the pot (his father is also a cook). Young Denny is passionate about cooking. His initiatory journey takes him to the greatest starred chefs in France. Then, a stint at TOP CHEF opened up the kitchens of the Jules Verne to him alongside his mentor, Alain Ducasse. In 2015, he opened his first IDA restaurant, an intimate space with 30 seats, with a warm atmosphere where the plates are decorated with the Italy of his childhood, carefree and bohemian, and the France of his heart, rigorous and precise. Since then, he has opened 2 other Parisian stalls, EPOCA, the Italian brewery, MALRO, the Mediterranean neo-brewery. (Valid for 1 year from 20/11/2020.
