Aunique model of tennis "Totems" created in 2019, in honour of the 40th anniversary of the House by its Artistic Director, Mr Serge Ben simon: The House of Bensimon is above all a family story, the story of two brothers, Serge and Yves, who, in the early 1980s, had the idea of launching what was then a unique concept: to bring together, under a single name, the iconic tennis player, demanding fashion collections and rare and beautiful objects from here and elsewhere. Driven by the desire to create a colourful and enthusiastic world, they never ceased to enrich this transversal universe and to sublimate a new art of living. In 2019, to honour the House's 40th anniversary, Serge Bensimon is imagining a unique, colourful and vibrant model, like a totem pole, inspired by his travels to Mexico: "I have always been fascinated by totems and I've got into the habit of making them every summer during my holidays. With the paintings created for Ressource, I imagined a tennis totem, in reference to Mexico, a country that has reinforced my love of colour."
