The association Solidarité avec les soignants (Solidarity with Caregivers) is organising a solidarity auction, the proceeds of which will be used to buy protective equipment for caregivers. With a bid price of €1 each person can bid and participate in a humanitarian action for the benefit of our carers.Thanks to the kind donors among whom: Alain Chabat, Francis Cabrel, Gad Elmaleh, Inès de la Fressange...
The auction will take place from 15 to 19 April 2020.

In accordance with the regulations in force, the association Solidarité avec les soignants will not issue tax receipts to buyers.

About the association Solidarity with Caregivers
Anne Roumanoff created the association Solidarity with Caregivers with the entrepreneur Jean-Pierre Bansard and a team of great and passionate volunteers.

The association Solidarity with Caregivers, which now has 40 volunteers, was set up as a matter of urgency on March 23rd to search, order and deliver protective equipment to caregivers. 28180 surgical masks, 5000 FFP2 masks, 6600 charlottes, 861 overalls, 18 litres of hydroalcoholic gel, 19,000 pairs of gloves, 3200 overshoes, 10 medical gowns, 1450 disposable aprons, 350 disposable gowns, 85 pairs of protective glasses, 2 folding screens, a rest chair, 2000 visors...

CONDITIONS DE VENTE : Vente ONLINE Enchères Solidaires

01. La vente aux enchères « Enchères Solidaires » réalisée au profit de l’association Solidarité avec les soignants est une vente caritative.

02. L'intégralité des fonds collectés par Drouot Estimations sera reversée à l’association Solidarité avec les soignants.

03. L’association Solidarité avec les Soignants ne délivrera pas de reçu fiscal aux acquéreurs, conformément à la législation en vigueur.

04. Les acheteurs ne paieront aucun frais ni taxes en sus des enchères. Les achats ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation conformément à l’article 221-
28 du code de la consommation. Les enchérisseurs doivent être majeurs.

05. Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire.

06. Tout achat devra expressément être réglé à la fin de la vente. Le paiement pourra être effectué via le site internet de Drouot-Estimations : www.drouot-estimations.com ou par virement bancaire et en euros : BNP PARIBAS PARIS LA CENTRALE (00828) IBAN : FR76 3000 4008 2800 0106 2854 076

07. Pour enchérir sur DrouotOnline, il convient de s’enregistrer. La vente est soumise aux conditions générales d’utilisation du site www.drouotonline.com. Drouot Digital ne pourra être tenu pour responsable d’un dysfonctionnement internet qui perturberait le bon déroulement des enchères.

08. Tous les objets sont vendus suivant les désignations portées au catalogue et au procès-verbal de la vente. Aucune réclamation ne sera possible pour les restaurations d’usage et petits accidents.

09. À l'issue de la clôture des enchères, du règlement complet des lots et de la période de confinement ceux-ci seront expédiés gracieusement par les donateurs eux-mêmes aux acheteurs.

10. L’association Solidarité avec les soignants ne pourra être tenue pour responsable d’une quelconque réclamation de la part des adjudicataires ou participants concernant l’organisation et les conditions de la vente.

11. Compte tenu de la situation de confinement actuelle, il n’a pas été possible d’accéder à certains lots pour les photographier. Nous vous prions de nous en excuser.
