Athletes, friends in life, have expressed the wish to help The Foundation of the Hospitals of Paris and France by donating their jerseys to the benefit of a charity auction. As they tidied up the cupboards, they found jerseys, shoes and other objects that have marked their careers. They decided to auction them off to help the foundation in this difficult time.

About La Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris- Hôpitaux de France Created in 1989, and chaired by Brigitte Macron, La Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris- Hôpitaux de France has one vocation: to make hospitals and care facilities a real living space for people who are frail in hospital (children, adolescents, young adults, the elderly). The Foundation is at the origin of the Pièces Jaunes operation, in favour of hospitalized children and adolescents.
Within the framework of its Covid Emergency Aid Fund19 , the Foundation responds to the most urgent needs of hospital establishments, on the front line of this health crisis. By delivering digital tablets to Hospices and hospitals so that patients can keep in touch with their loved ones, by distributing thousands of meals for caregivers or by financing medical equipment (syringe pumps, respirators) in areas under stress.

01. La vente aux enchères Athlètes & Solidaires réalisée au profit de La Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris – Hôpitaux de France est une vente caritative.
02. L'intégralité des fonds collectés par Drouot Estimations sera reversée à La Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris – Hôpitaux de France.
03. La Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris – Hôpitaux de France ne délivrera pas de reçu fiscal aux acquéreurs, conformément à la législation en vigueur.
04. Les acheteurs ne paieront aucun frais ni taxes en sus des enchères. Les achats ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation conformément à l’article 221-28 du code de la consommation. Les enchérisseurs doivent être majeurs.
05. Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire.

07. Pour enchérir sur DrouotOnline, il convient de s’enregistrer. La vente est soumise aux conditions générales d’utilisation du site www.drouotonline.com. Drouot Digital ne pourra être tenu pour responsable d’un dysfonctionnement internet qui perturberait le bon déroulement des enchères.
08. Tous les objets sont vendus suivant les désignations portées au catalogue et au procès-verbal de la vente. Aucune réclamation ne sera possible pour les restaurations d’usage et petits accidents.
09. À l'issue de la clôture des enchères et du règlement complet des lots ceux-ci seront expédiés gracieusement par les athlètes eux-mêmes aux acheteurs.
10. La Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris – Hôpitaux de France ne pourra être tenue pour responsable d’une quelconque réclamation de la part des adjudicataires ou participants concernant l’organisation et les conditions de la vente.
