A Jéroboam Brut Réserve Billecart-Salmon: made from a complex blend of 3 Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, from three different years, this Brut Réserve cuvée has benefited from the best terroirs of the Marne. Subtle and airy, it is characterized by a fine lace of bubbles that forms a light and persistent foam and a robe with pale gold reflections. On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit such as pear or peach harmonize with floral scents. On the palate, it asserts itself frankly and precisely to a long and elegant finish of a brilliant freshness, with a very fruity character, testimony to its ageing in traditional cellars. This Jeroboam brut Réserve is the champagne of instantaneity, of privileged moments, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany dishes. It is elegantly presented in a wooden case. Billecart-Salmon is a two-century-old family House, located in Mareuil sur Aÿ. For 7 generations, each member of the family has endeavoured to perpetuate the tradition by remaining faithful to an immutable oath: "to privilege quality, to aim for excellence". Today, Billecart-Salmon champagnes are sparkling on the world's greatest starred tables.
