As for every international match and competition, the equipment manufacturer is making a set of jerseys available for the players and the coach to keep track of the event. This coach's jersey is the one of the 3rd and last group match of the French Team during the very sad Euro 92. Defeat 1-0 against the surprising Denmark, called to the rescue in extremis to replace Yugoslavia (in civil war) and future winner of the competition. The anecdote will therefore remember that this is Michel PLATINI's last "official jersey" as coach of the French national football team, hence its value today. It is a jersey they have owned for several years, given to them by a close and common friend of Michel PLATINI, with whom they have worked for many years.
