In accordance with current regulations, the Fondation Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris will not issue tax receipts to purchasers.
The Fondation de l'AP-HP is a hospital foundation that acts in direct liaison with the teams of the 39 hospitals of the AP-HP, its sole founder.
Since the appearance of Covid-19, the teams of Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris have been in the front line in managing an unprecedented health crisis. Exceptional measures have been taken to welcome patients, while protecting staff, without neglecting research on a treatment carried out at the bedside. An emergency fund has been created within the AP-HP Foundation to immediately release additional resources to support hospital staff and advance Covid-19 research. 01. La vente aux enchères Tennis Solidaire réalisée au profit de La Fondation Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) est une vente caritative.
02. L'intégralité des fonds collectés par Drouot Estimations sera reversée à La Fondation Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP).
03. La Fondation Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) ne délivrera pas de reçu fiscal aux acquéreurs, conformément à la législation en vigueur.
04. Les acheteurs ne paieront aucun frais ni taxes en sus des enchères. Les achats ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation conformément à l’article 221-28 du code de la consommation. Les enchérisseurs doivent être majeurs.
05. Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire.

08. Tous les objets sont vendus suivant les désignations portées au catalogue et au procès-verbal de la vente. Aucune réclamation ne sera possible pour les restaurations d’usage et petits accidents.
09. À l'issue de la clôture des enchères et du règlement complet des lots ceux-ci seront expédiés gracieusement par la Fédération Française de Tennis, le Syndicat des Joueurs et des joueuses professionnels, ou les athlètes eux-mêmes aux acquéreurs après la période de confinement.
