Mustard pot with quadripod mount in silver (950), with horsehead handles, decorated with water-leaf friezes and palmettes and fleurons, some openwork. Hinged lid. Colorless glass lining. Presumed goldsmith's hallmark of : Denis-Jean-Baptiste LEFRANC, active in Paris between 1822 and 1858. PARIS, 1819-1838. H. 12.5 cm - Net weight: 168g. A few knocks, notably to the fretel. ATTACHED: - Small ovoid quadripod silver sugar bowl (950) molded with friezes of water leaves or fleurons. Acanthus leaf attachments. Two turned wood handles. Minerve hallmark. H. 13.5 cm - Gross weight 184 g. A few scratches and knocks, notably to the lid rabbet. - Silver-plated sugar tongs. Wear, dents.
