In order to ensure the smooth running of the sale, bidders wishing to bid in the auction room are invited to make themselves known to the auction house in order to obtain a unique physical bidding number (paddle).
The auction house may allocate a paddle to the physical bidder on the basis of the presentation of the Drouot.com account number.
The allocation of a physical paddle is unconditionally subject to the prior acceptance of the following elements:
- the study's general terms and conditions of sale
- Drouot.com's general terms and conditions of use and Drouot SI's privacy policy, which govern in particular the processing of your personal data in the context of auction management.
As the Auction House is subject to obligations to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism, it reserves the right to ask any bidder to provide proof of identity by means of a valid document, in accordance with the provisions of the French Monetary and Financial Code. Failing to provide such documents, or if verification of such documents proves impossible, the bidder may not participate in the sale.
