CONDITIONS DE VENTE : Vente ONLINE01. La vente aux enchères « Breitling France et ses Ambassadeurs se mobilisent au profit du Covid-19 » réalisée au profit de La Fondation de France (lot1) et de la Fondation Abbé Pierre (lot2) est une vente caritative.
02. L'intégralité des fonds collectés par Drouot Estimations sera reversée à la Fondation de France (lot1) et à la Fondation Abbé Pierre (lot2).
03. La Fondation de France et la Fondation Abbé Pierre ne délivreront pas de reçu fiscal aux acquéreurs, conformément à la législation en vigueur.
04. Les acheteurs ne paieront aucun frais ni taxes en sus des enchères. Les achats ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation conformément à l’article 221-28 du code de la consommation. Les enchérisseurs doivent être majeurs.
05. Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire.

07. Pour enchérir sur DrouotOnline, il convient de s’enregistrer. La vente est soumise aux conditions générales d’utilisation du site www.drouotonline.com. Drouot Digital ne pourra être tenu pour responsable d’un dysfonctionnement internet qui perturberait le bon déroulement des enchères.
08. Tous les objets sont vendus suivant les désignations portées au catalogue et au procès-verbal de la vente. Aucune réclamation ne sera possible pour les restaurations d’usage et petits accidents.
09. À l'issue de la clôture des enchères et du règlement complet des lots ceux-ci seront remis gracieusement par Breitling France. Il est à noter cependant que les frais de transport et d’hébergement nécessaires pour se rendre sur le lieu de l’expérience, à Paris pour Laury Thilleman, à Biarritz pour Jérémy Flores resteront à la charge des acquéreurs.
10. La Fondation de France et La Fondation Abbé Pierre ne pourront être tenues pour responsables d’une quelconque réclamation de la part des adjudicataires ou participants concernant l’organisation et les conditions de la vente.
