Dial with fluted guilloché gold background, black-painted hour markers, Roman and Arabic numerals for the hours, batons for the minutes, signed. Caseback HR in blue enamel, interior numbered 29060. Hand-wound mechanical movement, signed European Watch and Clock Co Inc, the rim numbered 29060 28239. Triangular clasp. Circa 1925-30. Gross weight: 45.3 g. - Diameter: 47 mm. Some wear scratches. With a yellow gold (750) watch chain with bar link alternating with fancy link. Spring-ring clasp. Weight: 12.6 g. - Length: 36 cm. In a red H.R. case. The European Watch and Clock Company was founded in 1920 by Edmond Jaeger and Louis Cartier, whose movements equipped the watchmaking productions of Cartier and Jaeger Lecoultre from the 1920s to the 1950s.
