Text contained in a cartouche engraved on paper by Charles-Nicolas COCHIN (1715-1790) and bearing the signature of Michel de BONNEVAL, intendant des Menus-Plaisirs du Roi. 15 x 19 cm. Watercolor enhancement, stains and wetness. Black patinated wood and plaster frame with Regency-style decoration (missing). [This was the wedding of Louis, known as the Grand Dauphin (1729-1765), eldest son of King Louis XV, to his cousin the Infanta Marie-Thérèse de Bourbon (1726-1746).
