Pair of covered baluster vases in patinated bronze with gilded ornaments, such as a pomegranate fretel, a ring with palmettes on the neck, winged children playing the aulos and knurled ring on the shoulder, Love holding crown and torch applied on the body, and knurled circular pedestal. Pedestals in sea green marble with friezes of leaves, acorns and oak leaves in alternation, and allegories applied in gilt bronze. Removable lids. Beginning of the 19th century. H. : 52,5 cm.
