Two Lovers Testing the Gold Collected from the Rain Falling on Danae from the Point of an Arrow. Watercolor. Signed lower right "P. PAVESI COP" (probably a copy of the orientalist painter Pietro PAVESI (1844-1907)). 28 x 36 cm. Framed under glass. This is a detail of the Danae commissioned by Frederick II of Mantua for the palace of the Té and painted by Correggio around 1531; the painting is now kept in the Borghese Gallery, Rome.
