Staircase with thirteen steps and its banister. Elm. Railing. Overall height : 58 cm - Board. Length : 312 cm - H. : 20 cm - Thickness : 3,7 cm. Stringboard. Length : 450 cm - Thickness : 5,5 cm - H. : 20,5 cm. Overall width of staircase : 68,5 cm - Size of steps. Width : 57,5 cm - Depth : 26 cm. For a hopper of H. : 270 cm - Length : 303 cm - Width : 80 cm. Some drying cracks on the back of the left stringboard. Scratches and restorations of use. Provenance : Residence of 6 residences built in 1952, Avenue Fourcault de Pavant in Versailles. Raymond Nicolas, Architect recognized great massier of the Fine arts between 1948 and 1950 was the pupil of Le Corbusier, the housing unit of the Radieuse city in Marseilles strongly inspired this last.
