Yellow gold (750) soapstone watch with striking and striking seconds. Lids with radiating decoration centered on a pastille, signed and numbered 10190 on the reverse. One with the J.J. hallmark under the watchmaker's crown. White enamelled dial, signed, indexes with Roman numerals in black for the hours, rail, Arabic numerals and dashes in black or red for the minutes and seconds. On demand seconds hand by push button at 3 o'clock. Dial at 6 o'clock, numbered from 0 to 4 to indicate the 1/5th of a second. Push buttons blocked when closing the upper cover. Hand-wound spiral movement, striking the hours and 5 minutes on demand. Plate signed and numbered 10190. Yellow gold (750) dust cover signed and numbered 10190 on the front and back, and engraved with the dealer's name "LOUK DICHTER 3RD". Ringed hanger. Danish hallmark. About 1865-1870. Gross weight : 152.11 g. - Diameter: 53 mm. Scratches from use. Jules JÜRGENSEN was born in Le Locle in 1808, son of the watchmaker Urban JÜRGENSEN. In 1834, he opened a workshop in Le Locle. He died in 1877.
