The Sidaction association is organizing an exceptional auction starting Thursday, January 28, 2021. All proceeds from this event, organised with the help of the auction house Drouot Estimations, in partnership with the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion and the auction house Christie's, will be donated to the fight against HIV/AIDS.

This sale, which will bring together the greatest creative houses, will offer some forty prestigious prizes: rare pieces and accessories of Haute Couture, Couture, unique objects and new experiences.

The auction will take place from January 28 to January 31, 2021.

Start of the auction: Thursday, January 28 at 12 noon

Closing of the sale: Sunday, January 31 at 8 p.m.

About Sidaction

Founded in 1994, Sidaction's main mission is to fund scientific research programs on HIV/AIDS, as well as prevention and support projects for people living with HIV or at high risk of infection. CONDITIONS DE VENTE : Vente ONLINE « Fashion for Sidaction ».

Vente au profit de Sidaction,

La vente aux enchères, « Fashion for Sidaction » réalisée au profit de Sidaction est une vente caritative.

01. L'intégralité des fonds collectés par Drouot Estimations sera reversée à Sidaction.

02. SIDACTION nous indique que, pour cette vente, l’enchère remportée sur un lot n’est pas assimilable à un don et n’ouvre pas droit à un avantage fiscal pour l'enchérisseur, entreprise ou particulier.

03. Les adjudicataires ne paieront aucun frais ni taxes en sus des enchères.

Les lots ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation conformément à l’article 221-28 du code de la consommation.

Les enchérisseurs doivent être majeurs.

04. Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire.

05. Les lots devront expressément être réglés à la fin de la vente. Le paiement pourra être effectué via le site internet de Drouot-Estimations : www.drouot-estimations.com ou par virement bancaire et en euros :

06. Pour enchérir sur DrouotOnline, il convient de s’enregistrer.

La vente est soumise aux conditions générales d’utilisation du site www.drouotonline.com.

Drouot Digital ne pourra être tenu pour responsable d’un dysfonctionnement internet qui perturberait le bon déroulement des enchères.

07. Tous les lots sont vendus suivant les désignations portées au catalogue et au procès-verbal de la vente sans réclamation possible quant à leur description.

08. À l'issue de la clôture des enchères et du règlement complet des adjudications en ce qui concerne les expériences, Sidaction assurera le lien entre les acquéreurs et les maisons partenaires. Ces dernières seront organisées en fonction des contraintes sanitaires. La date de validité de certaines expériences est dûment explicitée dans le catalogue.

09. Les frais d’expédition des lots ainsi que les frais de transport et d’hébergement éventuels pour vivre les expériences resteront à la charge de l’adjudicataire.

10. Sidaction ne pourra être tenu pour responsable d’une quelconque réclamation de la part des adjudicataires ou participants concernant l’organisation et les conditions de la vente.
