STAMP LETTERS. 3 L.S. de LOUIS XVI (secretary), Versailles 1777-1785; 1 page in-fol. each, the 1st and the 3rd in part printed 18 December 1777, countersigned by Amelot, ordering the S. Bizouard to withdraw to the town of Crest (with p.a.s. of Bizouard "keeping the town of Crest for prison"). 13 December 1780, countersigned by the Prince of Montbarey, ordering the transfer of the aforementioned Captain Mackinay from the military prisons of Lille to the citadel of Doullens. 2 January 1785, countersigned by the Baron de Breteuil, to receive at the General Hospital F. Guenard, raper at the Tobacco Farm. A beautiful passport signed by Louis XVI (secretary) and the Count of Brienne, Versailles 16 May 1788, for the Count of Viella going to Holland is attached.
