CHAMPAGNE BILLECART-SALMON A Jéroboam Brut Rosé Billecart-Salmon: made from a blend of 3 Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, vinified using techniques that go back to the origins of the House of Billecart-Salmon, this reference among rosé wines has a brilliant colour with golden reflections and persistent effervescence. On the nose, subtle aromas of red fruit and citrus zest bring finesse, liveliness and delicacy. On the palate, it reveals great precision and a lot of elegance, with a fresh finish on tasty raspberry notes. This jeroboam brut rosé is a champagne at heart that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal to enchant life's most festive moments. It is elegantly presented in a wooden case. Billecart-Salmon is a two-century-old family house, located in Mareuil sur Aÿ.
