Copper and gilt bronze and Griotte red marble mantel (recomposed), comprising : - a boundary clock decorated with friezes of figures in bas-relief, ensigned by a subject representing Laurent the Magnificent after Michelangelo. Subject signed F. BARBEDIENNE Founder and stamp of the COLLAS process. Dial signed F. Barbedienne, Paris and stamped Achille Collas, hour-markers painted in gold with Roman numerals for the hours. Mechanical movement with key winding. Brocot suspension. 58 x 32.5 x 22 cm. - A pair of candelabra in the Barbedienne style, formed by an ovoid vase with two handles, with a long neck, topped by a wader and four light arms, on a square base in moulded griotte red marble resting on four claw feet. Height: 58 cm. Patina wear, scratches, stains, oxidation. Grain marks on the marbles.
