White earthenware piece decorated with engobes, engraved with a knife in blue, green, white, brown, and black underglaze, and dated “25.9.53.” Bears the sunken stamps “Edition Picasso” and “Madoura plein feu” on the reverse. 31.3 x 38.3 cm. Minor scuffs, slight chips, and small restorations along the rim.
