CHINA, 20th century Six carved colored stone figures, some on wooden bases: - a woman carved from lapis lazuli holding a flower and a fan. - a woman carved from malachite holding a flower, near a rock covered with flowers. - a woman carved from tiger’s eye quartz holding a flower. - a lapis lazuli vase on a pedestal behind a flowering shrub with birds perched on it. - a turquoise vase surrounded by flowering bindweed branches. Stuck stopper; signs of dehydration at the shoulder. - A vase made of tinted or composite (?) turquoise, supported by a reclining elephant wearing armor. Damage and restorations. Height of figures: 13.5 - 12.5 - 13.5 - 9.5 - 12.5 cm. = Chipping and a few chips; traces of glue.
