CHINA, 19th–20th centuries Set of porcelain pieces with polychrome decoration: - a cup and a saucer decorated with birds perched in cartouches (saucer has been repaired) - two lidded boxes (one with small chips along the rebate / one reconstructed), two cups, a trembler saucer (chipped), a small teapot (replaced lid), a lidded bowl, decorated with figures (families, scholars, officers, a woman on a chimera...). Some bear calligraphic stamps. - two cups decorated with butterflies and lotuses or with floral bouquets and calligraphic cartouches. Height: 2 to 18.5 cm. = Some glazing defects, wear, scratches, and small chips. INCLUDED: - A baluster vase on a foot with a long neck, made of porcelain with oxblood enamel. H.: 20 cm. Enamel defect under the base; damaged and restored at the neck. - 4 polychrome embroideries depicting figures in gardens, one featuring a woman, a dragon, and a flowering shrub.
