FRANCE, circa 1920 Mantel set in gray veined pink marble and polychrome raised field enamels decorated with a frieze of foliage scrolls and floral cartouches, comprising : - a cage clock with a portico of four columns, with gilded brass angles, capitals and bases; topped by a regule couple with several patinas featuring Pierrot and Colombine. White enameled dial with flower garlands and hour markers with black-painted Arabic numerals. Mechanical movement with key winding, suspended by Brocot blade. - and a pair of simulated cassolettes, with ovoid bodies resting on three foliate uprights in clawed hocks on round tripod bases. H. 55.5 cm - W 35.5 cm - D 12.5 cm - Cassolettes 40.5 cm. Wear, missing glazes, scratches, some chips and cracks.
