CHINA, Qing Dynasty, Qianlong, (1736-1795) Bottle-shaped porcelain jug with polychrome cartouche decoration, either a circular one for the main one with a lake scene animated by boats, or scalloped ones with branching birds, on a counter-ground decorated with blue flowers and gilded vermicules. Dragon-shaped handle. H. 23.9 cm. Small cracks at the heel and small enameling defects at the neck; some wear and scratches.
