FRANCE, late 19th or early 20th century Lady's cabinet and chiffonnier-semainier, with cavet, forming pendants, decorated with bottomless cube marquetry and resting on four small feet, with bronze rocaille fittings. - the chiffonier opens with seven drawers. - the secretary opening with one drawer, a flap revealing a large window with spandrels and two small drawers inlaid with trellises, and four drawers in the lower section. Tops adorned on the sides. Some differences in the bronzes, notably on the falls. Louis XV style. 132 x 56.5 x 31 cm - 131 x 56 x 30.3 cm. = Wear, scratches, a few chips, cracks. Damage to back and chiffonier top. Missing veneers and trim.
