Large, handsome breastplate necklace formed of seven rows of faceted pearls with falling yellow sapphires, adorned with two similar but different geometric motifs in platinum (950), formed of white, brown, yellow and cognac diamonds in various sizes (baguette, emerald, triangular or diamond faceted) in closed and pearl-rail settings, some larger, and bordered by lines of brilliant-cut diamonds in pearl-grain settings.
