Small, oval, satin-finish veneered coffee table with frieze trim around the edge, opening with a drawer and resting on four tapered legs with chamfers, joined by a brace shelf. Top also veneered. Brass or bronze trim, including molded moldings, knobs on rosettes, laurel torus falls and sabot. Stamped twice G. DURAND on the reverse of the pedestal. Late Louis XV style, 20th century. 73.5 x 52.7 x 36 cm. Minor dents and chips, notably on the chamfers of the legs.
