Black painted wood reverse. Moulded white enamel dial imitating twelve pieces, marked "31.33. Bd St Martin, Paris", with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals and scale for the minutes. Mechanical movement with key winding, signed with the L. MARTY & Cie pastille. Brocot suspension. H. 42 cm. Some scratches and small chips; split dial. Shell specimen of pre-Convention marine turtle Chelonioidea spp (I/A), predating June 1, 1947 and therefore conforming to EC regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-Wmc.
