Yellow gold (750) lapel clip centered on a carved coral decorated with a putto in a setting of acanthus leaves and bunches of leaves, punctuated by emeralds, rubies, sapphires and pear-, navette- and eighth-cut diamonds in claw and seed settings. The top is set with a larger oval-cut sapphire cabochon in claw setting and flanked by a flower centered by a larger brilliant-cut diamond in claw setting. Gross weight: 33 g. - Size: 5.5 x 4.8 cm.
