Beautiful ladies' wristwatch in yellow gold (750). Cream-colored dial, signed Rolex, with diamond hour markers and applied gold dots for the hours, concealed beneath a domed dial cover flanked by two concave motifs, each adorned with four lines of rubies set in a row, stylizing a knot, and crowned by a ruby cabochon and two crossed lines of calibrated rubies in sert rail. Hand-wound mechanical movement, signed Rolex. Clipped caseback. Articulated bracelet with Tank links, ratchet clasp and eight safety clasps. Circa 1945-50.
