DEVISME in Paris. Numbered below 6244. Smooth. Cal. 8 mm. White polished steel frame engraved with scrolls. Console signed GAUBERT Breveté. Spring-loaded locking key. Varnished walnut stock with gadroons. Finger rest trigger guard, decorated en suite, and diamond-shaped pommel with turned iron knob. Barrel length: 23 cm - Overall length: 35cm. A few scratches and knocks from use; varnish wear and small chips to the stock; some wear to the patina of the barrel, notably to the edges and crushed sights.
