Long sautoir formed of sections with three rows of small white and gray cultured pearls punctuated with faceted sapphire beads, alternating with white cultured pearls backing a larger gray cultured pearl. Approximate pearl diameters: 2.7 to 12 mm approx. Length: approx. 260 cm. Small chips to the sapphires.
